Everything You Built Comes With You.
Your name, your words, every job you have finished and every word a neighbour wrote about you. Three years of turning up when you said you would, carried whole into the place that holds eighteen to twenty‑five.
What Happens, In Order
- On your eighteenth birthday A card appears on your own business offering the move. Nothing happens until you press it, and it waits as long as you like.
- When you press it UNiiVERSE opens with everything you built already in it. You read every line and change any of it before a single line of it is made.
- If you change your mind Refusing makes nothing at all, and your business here is exactly as you left it. You can press it again whenever you want.
- Once you are over This page stays open for six months, then leaves the search — never deleted, and anybody holding the link can still find you here forever.
- And your neighbours are told Everybody who ever wrote to you gets a letter saying where to find you now, with your new page in it. Your customers come with you.
Ten Dollars, Kept For Life
Everybody who arrives at UNiiVERSE without a history pays twelve dollars a month. You pay ten, for as long as you are there, because you started here and built something first.
It is not a code and it is not a trial. It is a price you hold, and it stays with you even if you move again.
What Stays Behind
Three parts do not travel, and each one for the same reason: they exist because you were under eighteen.
Your parent
They signed in beside you because you were fifteen. At eighteen the account is yours alone.
Your family name and house number
We held those so we could reach somebody on the one night it mattered. An adult gives their own address, on their own terms.
Every letter you exchanged
Conversations with neighbours here stay here. What travels is the work and what people said about it.
And If You Would Rather Not
Then nothing happens. Your business carries on here exactly as it is, and the card waits without asking twice. Nineteen is when the move runs itself — because plenty of eighteen‑year‑olds are still in year twelve, and there is no sense hurrying somebody out of a place that suits them.
